According to McKinsey Global Institute, labor productivity in manufacturing has improved 3.6 times faster than construction over the past two decades. Construction continues to rely on many of the same materials and installation methods it has used for generations.

Concord Fiber Group is developing a structural building board platform built on recycled polymers and a fundamentally different manufacturing approach. By replacing wood fiber with an engineered polymer composite, CFG is creating panels that are lighter, moisture-resistant, dimensionally stable, and adaptable to the performance requirements of modern construction — without asking builders to change how they work.
CFG's co-extrusion process is natively tunable. The same manufacturing platform that produces structural sheathing can be reconfigured for localized performance requirements — fire resistance in wildfire-prone regions, enhanced moisture management in high-humidity climates, or other performance specifications as building codes and market needs evolve.

Three issued U.S. utility patents covering hemp composite construction boards and extrusion manufacturing systems, owned by the company’s founder and available for license or acquisition as part of CFG’s broader technology platform.
